Full time Estimators typically have their own Accubid License.

Project Managers typically share their access to a ChangeOrder License.

Owner Operators typically do it all until they get to a point where they are implementing the above scenarios.

Company Defaults are controlled by one person creating a risk management strategy and brings further consistency throughout the company.

What does getting started look like?

ESP provides our clients a turnkey solution, including setup, strategic training, and estimating services to hit the ground running for maximum productivity. ESP can review the client’s past jobs, re-estimate them, and compare bids. ESP can assist the client in creating their default Accubid templates and frameworks, to best assist the clients approach to estimating and risk assessments.

The details explained

To reduce risk as the client closes the bid, ESP has designed a suite of Accubid reports and default templates, to review the project.

We train clients on what to look for, and how to find the answers, in Accubid. The objective is to educate each client to mitigate their risks as much as possible.

After the client has been set up with the reports from our suite, we work with the estimator/owner and help customize reports further, to match the clients profile and style. This will change on a client by client basis and is influenced by the type of construction projects the client delivers.

As each client has their own virtual machine (Cloud PC), the client’s specific set-up and reports that create the default Accubid template are specific to that client. This information is proprietary to each individual client.
