Marriott Hotel 
Located in downtown Victoria, this 16-story 141,000 square foot, hotel consists of 236 suites.  Featuring 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and extensive health facilities with indoor pool, hot tub, and steam room. 
CRD Headquarters

Located in Victoria's Chinatown this 55,000 square foot building has 6 levels of office space.  Electrical systems included the installation of dual radial unit substations, secondary distribution, an emergency generator, fire alarm system, linear computer-controlled lighting, communication server rooms and raised data communication floors throughout. 

PARKSIDE RESORT & SPA

This resort is located two blocks from Victoria’s Inner Harbour.  This resort consists of two structures; a 7-storey tower and an 8-storey tower, connected with a 3-storey atrium.   The 135,000 square foot complex includes, spa, fitness centre and restaurant.  The project was designed to achieve a platinum rating in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system.

Uptown Mall

The project consisted of the construction of a new 880,000 square feet upscale commercial shopping centre including more than 220,000 square feet of commercial space and 6 level of parking at the heart of Saanich. The project was developed in phases, with highly complex soil conditions.

Hotel Grand Pacific

Located right on Victoria, British Columbia’s picturesque Inner Harbour, the Hotel Grand Pacific offers guests welcoming comfort, world-class facilities, an unbeatable location, and access to Victoria’s most exciting experiences. 

Mayfair Shopping Centre

Mayfair Shopping Centre is Vancouver Island's leading fashion focused shopping centre.  The stores remained operational through out the renovations.

The Home Depot - New Build

115,000 square feet.

Prefabricated walls were built off-site.  High Ceilings and short schedules made this project challenging to estimate and deliver.
