The 1st priority of our ESP senior cloud consultants is to assist the client’s estimator, configure the client default set ups, integrate with the ESP custom database and quickly prove the bidding model.
Preparing for combat - We offer client training with methods and strategies on the estimating organizational structure. ESP helps identify risk areas, time reduce the estimating process and shorten the number of key strokes to get the data into Accubid.
ESP's "Senior Management Consultant" provides management growth strategies.
ESP provides mentoring and consulting beyond the estimate. ESP’s “Field Production Consultant” (FPC) works with the estimate, linking the estimate to the field.
Excel reports are developed from the estimate for field level of activity, such as managing man-power or materials. Modifiable reports have been designed and pre-configured on your estimating cloud platform. These Excel reports are a great option for the site personal that don’t have estimating software licenses or estimating software skill sets.
Most of ESP's clients create their own estimates using the ESP custom database through our remote cloud platform. ESP also provides turnkey estimating services to our cloud clients.
