Dockside Green - Platinum LEED qualified 
2 phases including 860 housing units, a small hotel, a commercial village around an open-air amphitheatre and 75,000 square foot office space. Dockside Green represents the biggest land development in the City of Victoria’s history with a planned total of 1.3 million square feet of mixed residential, office, retail and industrial space.
The Belvedere

Belvedere is a 16-storey 104,800 square foot concrete tower that consists of 77 suites and ground level retail space. 

ERA 

Located in the heart of downtown Victoria, Era is 16-story high-rise LEED Silver development.  It incorporates 157 suites along with main level commercial/retail space and the revitalization of Millie’s Lane. 

Bayview

Bayview One consisted of 134 condos and 5 townhomes.  This 11 -story high-rise was the inaugural development for the 1.5 million square foot residential development with close to 70,000 square feet of commercial space.

Shoal Point 

Located on Victoria's Inner Harbour is one of the city’s most prestigious addresses.  This 10-story, 161 luxury residential condominium high-rise includes 12 work/live units and a mix of marine oriented enterprises on the lower 2 floors.  This project was built in 3 phases.

The Reef 

The Reef is built 6 stories high and contains 73 units in total.  Many of the penthouses are split over two levels with expansive balconies on both floors. Concrete and glass.

Sayward Hill

A 5 phase development started in 2001 on 37 acres of property.   Phase 1 was a 24 suite 6 story condominium building and 5 townhouses sharing a common underground parking structure. 

The falls 

Overlooking the Fairmont Empress Hotel to the Victoria harbour, the Falls has 155 luxurious units divided between the 18-storey northwest tower and the 13-storey southeast tower. Commercial space is at the base of the building.
